Recipe: Crunchy Protein Salad (Feeds 2)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: mixing bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, med pot, top to pot, stirring spoon
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
- PRODUCE: 1 cup shredded carrots, 4 cups shredded Napa cabbage, 1 large or 3 small radish, 2-3 green onions
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/2 cup quinoa, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- CANS & BOTTLES: 1/2 can peas, drizzle of rice vinegar
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: garlic powder
