For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: mixing bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, med pot, top to pot, stirring spoon
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • PRODUCE: 1 cup shredded carrots, 4 cups shredded Napa cabbage, 1 large or 3 small radish, 2-3 green onions
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1/2 cup quinoa, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • CANS & BOTTLES: 1/2 can peas, drizzle of rice vinegar
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: garlic powder
