For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: lg salad bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, lg pan, microwavable bowl, microwavable plate, measuring cup
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
- MEAT: none :)
- PRODUCE: 1 med soft Bartlett pear, two cups baby arugula, 1/2 red onion
- CANS & JARS: 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/2 cup quinoa, 10 walnuts, halved
