S2E28: Nutmeg Pork & Squash Pie

Recipe: Spaghetti Squash, Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato Pie w Ground Pork (Feeds 4)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: measuring cup, med pot, lg pan, casserole dish or pie tin, clean dish towel, colander, oven mitts, cutting board, 2x sharp knives, regular fork, wooden or plastic stirring spoon
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper, 6 eggs
  • MEAT: 1 lb ground pork
  • PRODUCE: 2 cups butternut squash (pre-cooked), 1 lg sweet potato, 1 spaghetti squash, 1.5 cups riced cauliflower
  • DAIRY: none :)
