For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: measuring cup, lg pan, tongs, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 egg
  • MEAT: 3/4 lb ahi tuna steak
  • PRODUCE: 1.5 cups cauliflower rice, 3 green onions, 7 baby carrots, 3 sm radishes OR 1 lg radish
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1 individual dried wakami seaweed snack
  • CANS & JARS: paleo soy sauce alternative, sesame oil
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: cayenne (optional), sesame seeds
