For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: casserole dish OR baking sheet, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, peeler, aluminum foil OR parchment paper, spatula, can opener
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • PRODUCE: 1 bag pre-cooked beets, 2 turnips, 2 parsnips, 15 baby carrots, 1 lg sweet potato
  • CANS & JARS: 1 can corned beef
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: garlic powder, thyme, oregano, rosemary
