For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: lg pan, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, measuring cup, table spoon, dish towel, 2 lg mixing bowls, tongs
- BASICS: olive oil
- MEAT: 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- PRODUCE: 1 bag cauliflower rice, 1 inch chunk ginger, 1 green onion (garnish)
- CANS & JARS: 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/2 cup brown sugar
- FROZEN: 1 cup frozen edamame
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: optional sesame seed garnish
