Recipe: Chicken, Broccoli, Carrots, Nutritional Yeast and AvocaDough Quiche (Feeds 2)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: lg pan, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, reg bowl, spoon, fork, pie tin OR casserole dish, measuring cup
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • MEAT: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • PRODUCE: 1/2 red onion, 1/2 avocado, 10 baby carrots, 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 cup arugula, 5 sage leaves, 1 bunch cilantro (optional)
  • CANS & JARS: none :)
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1 cup almond flour OR chickpea flour, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (parmesan alternative)
