For tonight's recipe, you'll need: EQUIPMENT: lg pan, lg mixing bowl, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, measuring cup, peeler, microwave, 2 lg plates, paper towels BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil MEAT: 1 lb italian sausage PRODUCE: 1/2 yellow onion, 2 lg sweet potatoes, 1/2 ripe avocado, 10 sage leaves CANS & JARS: 1 can coconut milk or 1.5 cups almond milk DRY & PACKAGED: 3 cups almond flour OR chickpea flour, optional 1/4 cup nutritional yeast ADD'L SEASONINGS: none :)
