For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: lg pan, mixing bowl, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, measuring cup
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
- MEAT: 1 lb ground lamb
- PRODUCE: 7-9 brussels sprouts, 10 cremini mushrooms, 1/2 red onion, 3-5 cloves garlic, 1 handful fresh parsley leaves
- CANS & JARS: none :)
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: thyme, oregano
