For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: lg pan, mixing bowl, stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, measuring cup
  • BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
  • MEAT: 1 lb ground lamb
  • PRODUCE: 7-9 brussels sprouts, 10 cremini mushrooms, 1/2 red onion, 3-5 cloves garlic, 1 handful fresh parsley leaves
  • CANS & JARS: none :)
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: thyme, oregano
