For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • MEAT: 1 lb stir fry sliced beef
  • PRODUCE: 2 cups riced cauliflower, 1 lg bell pepper, 1 lg yellow onion, 2 cups broccoli slaw, 1 lg head bok choi (or 3-4 heads baby bok choi), 3-5 cloves garlic
  • PACKAGED: 2 Tbsp lemongrass paste, 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • EQUIPMENT: measuring cup, large pan, cutting board, sharp knife
