  • EQUIPMENT: Baking Sheet, Colander, Pan, Microwavable Bowl, Dish Towel
  • BUTCHER: 3/4 lb tilapia or snapper
  • PRODUCE: 1 cup arugula
  • PRODUCE: 2 cups raw broccoli slaw
  • PRODUCE: 2 cups RICED cauliflower
  • SEASONINGS: Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Smoked Paprika
  • BASICS: 2 Eggs, Olive Oil, Rice Vinegar
  • OPTIONAL: Fresh Cilantro Garnish
