- BUTCHER: 3/4 lb tilapia or snapper
- PRODUCE: 1 cup arugula
- PRODUCE: 2 cups raw broccoli slaw
- PRODUCE: 2 cups RICED cauliflower
- SEASONINGS: Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Smoked Paprika
- BASICS: 2 Eggs, Olive Oil, Rice Vinegar
