For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: lg pan, sm pan, cutting board, sharp knife, mixing bowl, sm bowl, slotted spoon, plate, paper towel, spatula OR tongs
  • BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil, 4 eggs
  • MEAT: none :)
  • PRODUCE: 1 bag broccoli slaw, 1 red onion, 3-5 cloves garlic, 1 bunch cilantro, 3-5 basil leaves
  • CANS & JARS: a couple sprinkles rice vinegar
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1/4 cup almond flour
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: cumin, turmeric, nutmeg
