For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: lg pan, sm pan, cutting board, sharp knife, mixing bowl, sm bowl, slotted spoon, plate, paper towel, spatula OR tongs
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil, 4 eggs
- MEAT: none :)
- PRODUCE: 1 bag broccoli slaw, 1 red onion, 3-5 cloves garlic, 1 bunch cilantro, 3-5 basil leaves
- CANS & JARS: a couple sprinkles rice vinegar
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/4 cup almond flour
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: cumin, turmeric, nutmeg
