Recipe: Turkey Tarragon Bruschetta with Grapes, Cucumbers, Beets and Garlic (Serves 2 very hungry home foodies)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: sm/md baking tray, mixing bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, lg pan, stirring spoon, can opener
  • BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
  • MEAT: 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
  • PRODUCE: 3-5 cloves garlic, 1 bunch tarragon, 1/2 cucumber, 7-10 grapes, 3-4 pre-cooked beets
  • CANS & JARS: 5-7 olives, sm can tomato paste (1 Tbsp)
