S1E34: Wrist Flickin' Peanut Chicken
Recipe: pan-fried chicken thighs with hand-made zucchini noodles and peanut sauce

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: md pot, lg pan, cutting board, sharp knife, measuring cup, tablespoon, clean plate, stirring spoon, peeler or spiralizer (if making your zoodles by hand like me)
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
- MEAT: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- PRODUCE: 2 zucchinis OR 1 package zucchini noodles
- CANS & JARS: 5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup peanut butter
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: garlic powder, optional cayenne or red pepper flakes
