For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: lg pan, top to lg pan OR alum foil sheet, sm mixing bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, can opener
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
- MEAT: 1/2 lb shrimp
- PRODUCE: 1 Roma tomato, 2 cups kale, 1 red onion, 3-5 cloves garlic
- CANS & JARS: 1 can Great Northern beans, sm can tomato paste
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: turmeric, cumin, OPTIONAL red pepper flakes for heat!
