For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 2 large mixing bowls, sm baking tray, measuring cup, OPTIONAL: parchment paper
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
- MEAT: 1 lb chicken breast
- PRODUCE: mixed greens, 1 cup beansprouts, 1/2 lg carrot, 1/2 red onion, 1 cup shredded cabbage, 1/2 cucumber, OPTIONAL: green onion
- JARS & CANS: soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: garlic powder, OPTIONAL: sesame seeds
