Recipe: Chorizo Picadillo over Quinoa

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: lg pan, lg pot, cutting board, 2 sharp knives, microwavable bowl, microwavable plate
  • BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
  • MEAT: 1 lb ground chorizo
  • PRODUCE: 1/2 yellow onion, 1 bunch cilantro, 3-5 cloves garlic
  • CANS & JARS: 7-10 pitted olives, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 8oz can tomato sauce
  • DRY: 1 individual pack raisins, 1 cup quinoa
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: crushed cloves, cumin, bay leaves
