For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: lg pan, lg pot, cutting board, 2 sharp knives, microwavable bowl, microwavable plate
- BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
- MEAT: 1 lb ground chorizo
- PRODUCE: 1/2 yellow onion, 1 bunch cilantro, 3-5 cloves garlic
- CANS & JARS: 7-10 pitted olives, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 8oz can tomato sauce
- DRY: 1 individual pack raisins, 1 cup quinoa
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: crushed cloves, cumin, bay leaves
