For today's recipe, you'll need:

  • MEAT: 1 lb 85/15 ground beef
  • PRODUCE: 10 fingerling potatoes
  • PRODUCE: 1 large avocado
  • PRODUCE: 1 med. red onion
  • PRODUCE:1 handful fresh cilantro
  • SEASONINGS: Dried Rosemary
  • BAKING: 1/4 cup almond flour
  • BASICS: 2 tbsp olive oil
  • BASICS: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
