Recipe: Beefy Pesto with Springy Zucchini Noodles

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: lg pan, sm bowl, cutting board, sharp knife
  • BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil
  • MEAT: 1 lb 85/15 ground beef
  • PRODUCE: 1 container zucchini noodles OR 2 zucchinis (you can peel these to make the "noodles" before the recipe that way), 1 handful fresh parsley, 6-10 leaves fresh basil, 3-5 cloves garlic, 1/2 red onion
  • SEASONINGS: garlic powder, optional: red pepper flakes
