For tonight's recipe, you'll need

  • EQUIPMENT: large pan, plate, paper towels, small pot, cutting board, sharp knife, small bowl, 2 spoons
  • MEAT: 1 lb ground chorizo
  • PRODUCE: 6-10 greek olives, 1/2 lg cucumber, 1 lg avocado, optional 1/2 lemon, 10 mint leaves
  • DAIRY: 1 individual container plain greek yogurt, feta crumbles to taste
  • CANNED: 1 can black beans
  • SEASONINGS: dill to taste (fresh or dried)
  • BASICS: Two eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper
