- PRODUCE: 2 md/lg yukon gold potatoes
- PRODUCE: 3 lg carrots
- PRODUCE: 3-4 cloves garlic
- PACKAGED FOODS: 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- BASICS: 1 egg
- SEASONINGS: Salt, Pepper, Dill, (optional) Chives
