For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 1 blender or food processor, 1 cutting board, 1 sharp knife, 1 zester or grater (for citrus zest), 1 spatula, 1 measuring cup, 1 baking tray, 2 sheets parchment paper, 1 rolling pin
- BASICS: coarse ground salt
- PRODUCE: 1 bunch fresh mint, 1 lime, 1/2 lemon, 1lb (about 40) pitted medjool dates
