Since this interview was recorded, Vietnam has recorded a large outbreak in the coastal city of Da Nang. As discussed by our guests, the government is taking early action when cases are identified. In the case of Da Nang they imposed an immediate lockdown and have launched widespread testing of the city\\u2019s 1.1 million residents.
