We can easily distinguish between rich and poor, based in monetary value, we can also see who's perhaps hungry and full - it's visible, tangible and perceivable.\xa0 But what if I told you that even a rich person can be poor and starved, and a poor person can be rich and fulfilled...\xa0 Today's reflection is about mental well-being, power and richness.\xa0 To bring meaning to this I always refer to a famous passage reading by Robert Kiyosaky, author of Rich dad Poor dad - if you're faced with adversity, saying 'I can't...' starves your mental capacity, as opposed to saying 'how can I...?' which stimulates your mental capacity and fulfillment - the one question takes away any responsibility and ownership and the other places you in a position of control.\n\nSo how mentally poor and starved are you, when faced with adversity? \n\n#objectivecoaching
