Bad attitude vs defensive attitude\n\nIt's easy to dismiss someone as having a 'bad' attitude as opposed to showing an interest to know why they behave in a certain manner. We all have past experiences, and some lend themselves to a negative emotion and we build emotional walls. But, by not dealing with the defense mechanisms our emotions put in place, we're subjecting ourselves to an uncontrolled state of being, resulting in what others perceive as a 'bad' attitude. \n\n#objectivecoaching
