My world went crazy about a month ago...
For some people, the world just went crazy. When times get hard we often lose our minds because we lose ourselves. We forget who we are, forget what we do, and find ourselves without direction as we navigate an increasingly complex set of situations.
That's why we need to get simple. I certainly did. I'd lost my way in the midst of many life changes and it was starting to drive up my stress and make me a bit nuts. (Well more than I normally am.) And all of this before the pandemic situation even began.
So what did I do?
I got back to basics and remembered one thing.
