In this first interview episode of 2020, Dustin interviews Jamole Callahan who is a trainer, motivational speaker, foster care advocate and hat wearer \xa0of many other sorts. After spending time growing up in the foster system himself, Jamole has spent most of his adult life working to protect and give a voice to the kids in the foster system. He's even been a major catalyst for a bill that's to be voted on to provide housing for kids that age out of the foster system.
