It\'s an instant connection, and that\'s what we\'re looking for with people\\u2013 whether it\'s a client, coworker, new friend, or staff person, you can both get on the same page with a little humor. It also lets others know that you are approachable. Don\'t you feel like you can talk to someone who\'s using a little humor? It\'s usually to our advantage to let people know they can talk to you . . .and humor helps with that.
