On today's episode, I speak to Frank Steyn from the Run 4 Schools foundation. Run 4 Schools hosts a range of in-school and after school programs aimed at empowering underprivileged students on the Cape Flats. \xa0In 2019 Frank ran the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon in a pair of school shoes to raise awareness and funds for the Run 4 Schools initiative, which led to them buying & donating a 1000 pairs of school shoes to underprivileged students on the Cape Flats. \nIn spite of losing two toenails last year while completing the gruelling 56km run in school shoes, Frank plans to do the same this year at the Two Oceans Marathon. \n\nJoin me as I speak to Frank about what inspires him to do what he does.\xa0\n\n--- \n\nSend in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/coachedsuccess/message
