On today\u2019s episode, I speak to Fauzi about what he learned from embarking on a weight loss transformation.\nFauzi was overweight and dissatisfied with himself and the direction of his life. He knew that his old way of looking at himself and the world was not serving him. \nHe had a low self-esteem, would constantly beat himself up about past failures and doubted what he could achieve. That was until the beginning of 2020 when he decided to focus on losing weight and strengthening his mind. \n \nDuring this episode Fauzi reveals how Covid almost threw a spanner in attaining his weight loss goals, because all the gyms had gone into lockdown. This is where Fauzi learned one of the most valuable life lessons and moved his focus away from gyms being closed and directed it instead to what he had at his disposal. Through this he discovered a love for bodyweight exercise while simultaneously overcoming the obstacle of gyms being closed.\n \nFauzi and I speak about what were the key principles that helped him achieve his weight loss goal and how these principles can be applied to the various areas of his life.
