Beyond Limits, with Denny Silva

Published: June 15, 2021, 12:11 a.m.

This week I speak to Denny Silva, a triathlete and personal trainer originally from Venezuela who has called the US home for 15 years. During the episode, Denny shares his love for the sport, people and traveling, and gives us a peek into the process he follows when preparing for a race.  He started racing triathlons at the age of 30 and has not looked back since, being ranked one of the top triathletes in Nevada and entire Venezuela.   Denny speaks about how he uses visualization, the power of meditation, and gratitude in his sport. He also shares an anchor thought he uses to remind himself of his ability to endure pain when his mind starts running wild. Stay tuned, this is an episode not to be missed.
