So what support is out there if you\\u2019re managing your finances while living with poor metal health or long-term mental health conditions, and how can we start to tackle the stigma of asking for help?

Plus Lesley Fyfe shares her experience of impulse spending as a result of bipolar disorder alongside Alison Cairns, Bipolar Scotland\\u2019s chief executive.
