We know that yoga is incredibly beneficial for stress and anxiety, yoga therapy is a more targeted form of yoga that heals in specific areas. As a Yoga Therapist and the founder of the Trauma Healing Yoga Therapy Program, Anissa Hudak works with women who have been sexually traumatized to help them heal their PTSD and other trauma related issues with yoga therapy.

Yoga has been a meaningful part of my life throughout the years. I have personally experienced many benefits. Anissa\'s brand of yoga is unique and truly needed. She came to this work in a very personal way as a 2x rape survivor. I share my own personal story of trauma from being date raped that I\'ve never shared publically. It was healing to tell Anissa my story and hear her feedback about how very common it is and how there are many different types of rape.

There is a yoga therapy modality for nearly every condition including PTSD, cancer rehab, MS, Parkinson\'s, arthritis, and several more. There is hope, there is light if you seek the help you need. Do not suffer in silence.
