The Munster Rebellion
The\xa0M\xfcnster rebellion\xa0(German:\xa0T\xe4uferreich von M\xfcnster, "Anabaptist dominion of M\xfcnster") was an attempt by radical\xa0Anabaptists\xa0to establish a communal sectarian government in the German city of\xa0M\xfcnster\xa0\u2013 then under the large\xa0Prince-Bishopric of M\xfcnster\xa0in the\xa0Holy Roman Empire.
