This is one of the most fun interviews I did on my previous podcast Bock Talks with a fascinating young man, Carl Wallin. (It was from May, not March as I say in the intro ... but 2020 was pretty mushed together, so who knows the difference?).
While he is only 27 years old, Carl shares his journey from being a small kid with Napoleon complex to a determined skateboarder and video game champion to his struggle with depression and anxiety which led to his amazing determination to become an award-winning bodybuilder and a champion of positivity.
Just one of the many nuggets from Carl:
"Don't set your standards too low. Open others' eyes and show them the immense value of raising your standards."
