I firmly believed throughout my childhood and well into my adult life that other people/situations/rules/laws "made" me do or believe something that I either just accepted or didn't question. \xa0 But this embedded belief has stifled my own learning and exploring and creativity and I didn't even realize it. \xa0 If I allow someone else to "make" me mad, sad, or even glad, I've been had. \xa0 Whoa.
