This is the second episode of cbt or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It\u2019s just amazing this science and in my point of view it just makes sense that it is working. And it is working by what I have heard. I also want to believe in it working. But this time we are talking about the ABC Model by Albert Ellis. It illustrates how it comes that people are feeling bad and how it comes that people are feeling bad because of something some other people don\u2019t really care about. It\u2019s an interesting model. It\u2019s good.
