Since this is something that I wanted to talk about for quite some while now, this is the episode I am talking about CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which seems to represent one of the most efficient ways treat mental issues. Cognitive Behavioral

 Therapy is just an umbrella term for a bunch of methods. Boiled down it\u2019s all about the correlation between your thoughts (cognition) how we feel (emotion) and how we feel (emotions). It also has heavily to do with the narrative or story we tell ourselves. I hope this is some value for you!
