\nAnd this one is about keeping your promises, doing, being a human and knowledge. The thing is, making promises you can\u2019t deliver on is not a good idea. It\u2019s the case for person to person connections but also brand or company to consumer connections. Which already says something\u2026we are all humans, when you are having a business you\u2019ll probably have something to do with other human beings. But most often just being charismatic won\u2019t be enough. You also have to know stuff.
