David Goggins, one of the craziest, strongest (mentally and physically) people I have ever been talking about.
\nIt\u2019s just insane what he did. Losing 100 pounds (45kg) in 3 months\u20263 months. Doing more than 4000 pull-ups in 17 hours and so on and so on. He just did a lot. His mental game is a really important component for his success. According to Joe Rogan, his book \u201c Can\u2019t Hurt Me\u201d is also a pretty good one. So he is an overall interesting and inspiring person! DAVID GOGGINS.
