#417 Why The Process Is More Important
Today we are talking about the art of shooting an arrow with a bow\u2026 so archery! But how is that correlated to the process being more important than the target and or \u201cgoal\u201d. Well I have already given you a hint ..to some degree at least. Well when you focus on the process of shooting the arrow which means having the right posture (bow and yourself) holding the bow the right way and so on and so on, you can be sure that the byproduct of being perfect with focusing on shooting the arrow and or setting up the process is hitting the target. Which means that if you focus on the process, you will hit the target anyway, you don\u2019t have to focus on hitting the target or maybe you shouldn\u2019t even. This is basically the plot of this amazing story of Eugen a german professor who was willing to learn archery in japan from his master. While practicing the same thing for 4 years until he was allowed to move on. FOUR YEARS. This story explains in an amazing way why and how the process is more important!
