Today we are reading a short story! To be precise, we are talking about and reading A Clean, Well-Lighted Place\u201d by Ernest Hemingway, a story about an old deaf man and two waiters. The old man is pretty said but he seems to have a lot of money\u2026according to the waiter(s). He is really unhappy and the scene plays in a cafe. The cafe is \u201crun\u201d by the waiter but there has to be said that only one waiter seems to be working\u2026the other one is not working. However I do not want to spoil here! The link to the text is also down below! I am talking about being selfless, thinking about other people and also viewing the world trough their eyes. I just realise that I haven\u2019t been talking about money\u2026.money won\u2019t bring happiness (not always)\u2026this is the point that I thought about making.
