This episode of his self development with tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the allencheng.com website and it's "Tools Of Titans" by Tim Ferriss summary.  And this is actually the end of it we have finally finished it and it has been a great time, a great summary. the last category was all about interesting health practices to consider which included a bunch of things and the bunch of interesting things as well.  From stem cells to LSD  I guess you can find just everything but still pretty valuable.  but I really have to thank you for being with me on this journey going through this summary and also finishing it I think it has been a great time in the last I don't know 3 weeks 4 weeks but yeah.
