This episode of Self Development With Tactics /  SDWT podcast is featuring the allencheng.com website and  and it's   \u2018 tools of Titans \u2019 by Tim Ferriss summary.  the first thing we're going to start with his empathy and there are a lot of Concepts that have to do with empathy but I also talked about it in another way as well.  the second topic we are going through is telling your past self to relax so I  think  that we all are way too impatient and telling yourself to relax have something to do with it but more in the episode.  the last one which was actually a little bit too short for me would have been nice to hear a little bit more on that was   \u201chow to raise your kids \u201d.  still there were just great thoughts in there.
