this is another episode of the Self Development With Tactics /  SDWT  podcast featuring the allencheng.com website  and it's "principles"  by Ray dalio summary. this time he was talking about delivering feedback,  decision points , your organization as a machine.  he points out that  you should actually not balance your compliments and criticism when you're delivering feedback  only for its own sake, that you need to teach them that actual accurate feedback is something very very very valuable and I've always added that you should just be kind.  in the other sections he's talking about why it is for example very toxic to keep people in a position they are not suited for  and why I need to take care of those rare great people.  in the last section that I've gone through today he is speaking about why you should view your company as a machine I'm basically point out the same exact things as he pointed it out when he was talking about you or us as a person  symbol that the manager of a company responsible for letting a machine run smoothly and that replacing a broken part of a machine might not be enough.  I really hope that you've got something out of this and that you've enjoyed it. thank you very much for watching and or listening to this episode!
