This is another episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the allencheng.com website and it's "principles" by Ray Dalio summary. This time we are talking about training, hiring and also evaluate people. The main points he points out are all on how to just work with people and also some things of which he speaks out of experience. He also implements other principles into this section like skills and attributions. Ray talks about abilities and how these are defined by him which lets me be able to understand something from yesterday's episode. Further going on with the whole evaluation thing. The value he is providing here is enormous...at least for some people. Pointing out what to exactly what to look for in people, how to deal with people who are not doing well, how to interview people, other maybe dangerous things you have to look for, ...how to just do the best things. As I am just having a look at it to write this little summary, There is really like a lot of information in that. ;)
