This is the last episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the "Give and Take" by Adam Grant summary from the allencheng.com website. This time I am covering the last chapter, chapter 9, the open questions from the author of the summary and the so called actionable so the tips and tricks you can use right now also from the author of the summary. To be a little more detailed: why the internet is just great for artist and business people and in generell everyone I would say, how to start being a giver, if your behaviour is hard to change, give and take in terms of gender, what to do when your organisation doesn't "appreciate" givers, industries that may be out of takers "only", adopting a giving attitude, asking more, reputation by giving, promoting a giving attitude, crossing the perspective gab, hiring, empathy and why it is important but maybe too much, practicing powerless communication, avoiding burnout for givers, negotiation, seeking help more often and finding other givers.
