Borbon Glazed Ham

Bourbon Glaze

1 Cup Bourbon

1 Cup Brown Sugar

\\xbd Cup Honey

1 TB Ginger Minced

1 Bay Leaf

Pinch Salt

1 Orange sliced

1.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Put all this in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.

2.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Cook until the bubbles that come up are \\xbd the size of your fingernail (softball)

3.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Remove, Strain and get ready for glazing

How to cook the ham

1.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Preheat oven to 375 degree\\xa0

2.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Place ham on pan with \\xbd inch of water in the pan and cover with foil

3.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Cook for 25 minutes

4.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Remove foil and start glazing

5.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Repeat glazing every 5-8 minutes for the next 30 minutes or until ham reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees

6.\\xa0 \\xa0 \\xa0Remove and add more glaze. Glaze it up!!!!
