After watching this film Hammer and I were inspired to open up about how this made us feel and how impactful this person was for OUR industry. We truly had a great time talking about this film and there are SPOILERS but they are kept to a minimum. The movie is not about spoilers anyway, it is about enjoying one of the true pioneers in the restaurant industry. His love for us slobs and his articulate way of telling the story of food and beverage around the world will be missed.
