Such is the mantra of our guest for this episode, Laurice Duffy \u2013 the founder of A Mindful Journey, a professional life coach, entrepreneur, podcast host, writer, and a proud mom of four boys.

Laurice holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology then eventually proceeded to be certified as a professional life coach. Her mission is to empower primarily women to gain their strength amidst the many roles they handle simultaneously, the challenges they face, and fulfill their passions.
